 Multi Family and Mobile Home Park Loans

One year Multi-family or Apartment Loans starting @ 5.95%, minimum Loan Amount is $350,000, based on a Treasury. Libor or MTA Indexes.   3 year, 5 year, 7 year, 10, 15 and  30 year fixed available. After beginning term, rate goes to index  plus 2.5%.   Remember, 30 year terms and 30 year call dates.  Rates change daily. 

SBA Loans (Small Business Administration)

Up to 2 Million in Guarantee.  (New Loan Amount) Usually 80% Loan to Value must be Real Estate Secured.  Some programs on Purchases up to 90%.  3 year Taxes both personal and Business are required.  SBA’s can be done normally in all states.  Cleaners, Auto, Manufacturing, Strip Centers, etc.  Borrowers must occupy at least 51% of any Real Property we intend to Refinance or Purchase for their business. Business Unsecured Lines of Credit Are Also Available.

Elite Mortgage Company does require an upfront non refundable application fee for any commercial loan or commercial line of credit.  This fee can vary between $500.00 and $1,000.00 depending on the type of loan and amount of the loan.  This fee is charged to cover the initial work that is performed for the commercial loan or line of credit including but not limited to, processing fees, photo copying, lender communications, photos, credit review and credit report costs.
